Base Resources (AU:BSE) has released an update.
Base Resources Limited, an Australian mineral sands producer operating in Africa, has announced it received a notice from Athos Capital Limited in accordance with the Australian Takeovers Panel Guidance Note 20 on Equity Derivatives. The notice is part of a mandatory disclosure process by the company, which is listed on both the ASX and AIM stock exchanges. Base Resources is known for its established Kwale Operations in Kenya and is currently developing the Toliara Project in Madagascar.
