Base Resources Acquisition Completed by Energy Fuels

Base Resources (AU:BSE) has released an update.

Base Resources Limited has successfully completed a scheme of arrangement, resulting in EFR Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Energy Fuels Inc., acquiring all issued shares of Base Resources. Shareholders received a special dividend of AUD 6.5 cents per share and a scheme consideration of 0.0260 Energy Fuels shares for each Base Resources share. Following this transaction, trading of Base Resources shares on AIM will be canceled effective from the morning of October 3, 2024.
