Baru Gold Corp has successfully completed the final tranche of its private placement, raising a total of $156,129 by issuing over 7.8 million units. The funds will primarily support the Sangihe Gold Project’s transition to production status and general working capital needs. Despite participation from an insider in the offering, no finder’s fees were paid in the second tranche, and all securities are subject to a four-month hold period.
