Barratt Developments PLC has applied for a block listing of 193,316 ordinary shares to facilitate the issuance of shares as part of the acquisition of Redrow plc. These shares, to be admitted to the FCA and LSE, will be issued to honor awards under Redrow’s employee plans post-completion of the company’s all-share offer. The shares are expected to be admitted to the market on September 11, 2024, and will be equal to existing ordinary shares in rights.
