Baroyeca Gold & Silver (TSE:BGS) has released an update.
Baroyeca Gold & Silver Inc. has successfully upsized its non-brokered private placement, issuing over 19.6 million units at $0.025 each to raise a total of $490,593, with the proceeds intended for working capital and general corporate purposes. Each unit includes one common share and a purchase warrant, the latter allowing the acquisition of an additional share at $0.05 for the next five years. The private placement, subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval, also entailed paying finder’s fees for subscriber introductions.
