Baronsmead Venture Buys Back Shares for Treasury

Baronsmead Venture (GB:BVT) has released an update.

Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC has acquired 998,217 of its own shares on 26 June 2024, at a price of 54.28 pence per share, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. This buy-back affects the company’s total number of shares and voting rights, which now stand at 424,464,819 and 388,164,928 respectively, after adjusting for the treasury-held shares.
