Baron Oil Plc has announced that Gerry Aherne, the company’s Independent Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 30 million shares at an average price of 0.06825 pence per share, significantly increasing his stake to 0.24% of the company’s voting rights. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market on June 6, 2024.
