Barnes Group Names Troy Ingianni as Principal Accounting Officer

Barnes Group ( (B) ) has provided an update.

Troy W. Ingianni has been named the new Principal Accounting Officer of Barnes Group Inc., taking over from Marian Acker on September 15, 2024. With over 13 years at the company and a strong background from Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Ingianni brings a wealth of experience to the role. His compensation includes an increased base salary of $270,000, with the potential for significant incentive awards based on the company’s performance, as well as a substantial one-time equity grant.
