Barksdale Capital successfully completed the initial portion of its private placement financing, raising $4.1 million through the issuance of over 27 million units, each comprising a share and a purchase warrant. The funds will support exploration in Arizona and general corporate needs, with finder’s fees paid to several firms. Anticipation grows for the second tranche, expected to close in early July 2024.
