Barksdale Resources Corp. has upsized its private placement financing to 37.5 million units at $0.15 each due to high demand, aiming to raise $5.625 million for exploration activities in Arizona and general corporate purposes. The units include a share and a purchase warrant, with the offering expected to close on June 25, 2024, and the proceeds earmarked for their Arizona properties’ exploration, working capital, and other corporate expenses.
