Barclays (GB:BARC) has released an update.
Barclays Capital Securities Ltd has disclosed its trading activities and positions in relation to Irish Residential Properties REIT PLC, revealing a mix of interests and short positions with total control of 1.57% and 1.55% respectively. The dealings included purchases and sales of ordinary shares as well as cash-settled derivatives like SWAPs and CFDs, with the trading prices ranging from 0.9074 to 0.9200 EUR per share. No stock-settled derivative transactions were reported, and the disclosure confirmed the absence of any indemnity or other dealing arrangements.
