Barclays PLC has announced a significant transaction involving the sale of shares by Alistair Currie, the Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive of Barclays Execution Services. Currie disposed of 268,526 ordinary shares at a price of £2.272 each on the London Stock Exchange.
