Barclays ( (BCS) ) just unveiled an update.

Barclays announced a series of board changes as part of its long-term succession planning. Diane Schueneman retired as a non-executive director from Barclays’ boards and as Chair of the board of Barclays Execution Services Limited (BX) effective January 31, 2025. Brian Shea has been appointed as the new Chair of the BX board starting February 1, 2025, leveraging his extensive 40-year experience in financial services. Furthermore, Nigel Higgins, the Group Chairman, became a member of the Board Remuneration Committees on January 31, 2025, after regularly attending these meetings in 2024.
