Baozun Inc. has announced a custodian bank switch from JP Morgan Chase Bank to HSBC Hong Kong, effective August 12, 2024, which will temporarily affect the conversion between the company’s American depositary shares and its ordinary shares. Despite the transition, trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will not be impacted during this period. Shareholders are advised of the potential risks associated with the company’s weighted voting rights structure.
