Banyan Gold Corp. has successfully completed the second and final tranche of its private placement, raising a total of $14,301,270. This last tranche involved the issuance of 1,111,000 common shares at $0.27 each, amounting to $299,970, which will be allocated for general and administrative expenses. The company emphasizes that these shares will be subject to a hold period until October 2024, according to Canadian securities laws.
