Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. has announced its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for September 26th, where it will address major asset disposal transactions and amend its Articles of Association. Shareholders are advised that the H Share register will be closed from September 23rd to September 26th, during which no H Share transfers can be made.
