Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd. has revealed the composition of its Board of Directors, including the Executive, Non-executive, and Independent Non-executive members, led by Chairman Mr. YU Jianzhong. Additionally, the announcement detailed the bank’s establishment of six committees, each with specific Board member assignments to oversee various aspects of operations. The bank, however, is not licensed to operate banking services in Hong Kong.
