Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. has announced the regulatory approval of Mr. Giamberto Giraldo and Mr. Fan Xuejun as non-executive and independent non-executive directors, respectively. Mr. Giraldo and Mr. Xuejun will be joining the bank’s board following the recent election, with their roles effective from August 15, 2024. The bank also acknowledged the end of Ms. Fang Qiaoling’s tenure as an independent non-executive director.
