Bank of Qingdao Updates Dividend Payout for 2023

Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:3866) has released an update.

Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. has announced an update to its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, with a declared payout of RMB 1.6 per 10 shares, which will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an updated exchange rate, resulting in HKD 1.75811 per 10 shares. The dividend is subject to a 10% withholding tax for both resident and non-resident individual shareholders, as well as non-resident enterprise shareholders. Shareholders must have their documentation lodged by 5 June 2024 to be entitled to the dividend, which will be paid on 20 June 2024.
