Culpeo Minerals Limited has announced that The Bank of Nova Scotia, through its controlling entities such as 1832 Asset Management L.P., has become a substantial holder in the company, acquiring a 5.11% stake with 8,450,000 common shares. The acquisition was made over a series of transactions leading up to June 21, 2024, with the consideration for the shares acquired ranging from AUD 0.0440 to AUD 0.0455 per share.
