MicroSectors Solactive FANG & Innovation 3X Leveraged ETN (BULZ) has released an update.
At the Bank of Montreal’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, all 13 director nominees were elected with overwhelming majority votes, KPMG LLP was appointed as auditors, and the advisory vote supported the executive compensation approach. Proposals for in-person shareholder meetings, public disclosure of non-confidential information, and an advisory vote on environmental policies were also decided upon, with varying levels of shareholder support.
