Bank Of Ireland Group (DE:BIRG) has released an update.
Bank of Ireland Group plc has confirmed its proposed final dividend for 2023 at 60.0 cents per share, to be paid on June 11, 2024, provided shareholders approve at the AGM on May 23, 2024. A typographical error in the notice of the AGM regarding payment and record dates will be corrected through an amending resolution at the AGM, with no impact on the dividend amount. The Chairman is expected to vote in favor of the amendment for shares where he is a proxy.
