Bank Of Ireland Group plc (DE:BIRG) has released an update.
Bank of Ireland Group plc has successfully concluded its cash tender offer for the purchase of €506,211,000 worth of its €675,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Additional Tier 1 Securities. The offer, which was launched on 3rd September and closed on 9th September 2024, will result in €168,789,000 of the securities remaining outstanding. The settlement date is expected to be 11th September 2024.
