Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. announces the proposed appointment of Mr. ZHANG Ruibin as an external supervisor, pending approval at the upcoming shareholders’ general meeting. Mr. ZHANG, who is also an independent director at Guizhou Gas Group Co., Ltd., brings his expertise to the bank’s Board of Supervisors. Shareholders will receive a circular with details of the proposal and the service contract, including remuneration aligned with the bank’s payment plan.
