Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. recently held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) where key decisions, including the payment of the final dividend and the election of the Board of Directors, were confirmed. Shareholders and proxies representing over 80% of the voting rights attended the AGM, and the meeting proceeded without any shareholders required to abstain from voting on the proposed resolutions. Additionally, Mr. Zhang Ruibin was appointed as an external supervisor, and special committees under the board were established.
