Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. has announced the distribution of a final dividend at RMB 0.5 per 10 shares for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, with an updated exchange rate and payment details. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at a rate of 0.547813 per 10 shares, with the ex-dividend date set for July 18, 2024, and payment scheduled for August 22, 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied to both non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, in accordance with PRC tax regulations and international tax treaties.
