Bank of Georgia Group PLC has reported the acquisition of 11,282 ordinary shares at an average price of £45.08 each by Apex Group Fiduciary Services Limited, acting as trustee for the company’s Employee Benefit Trust. This purchase on the London Stock Exchange brings the Trust’s total holdings to 456,201 shares, representing about 1.02% of the Group’s issued share capital. The shares are intended to satisfy future awards for the beneficiaries of the trust, which includes the Group’s executive directors and managerial personnel.
