Bank of Cyprus Holdings Approves Athens Listing

Bank of Cyprus Holdings (GB:BOCH) has released an update.

Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC has announced the approval of its ordinary shares listing on the Athens Stock Exchange, set to commence on September 23, 2024, following favorable shareholder vote and regulatory committee approval. Concurrently, the bank will delist from the London Stock Exchange, with the last trading day on September 18, 2024. An updated summary document related to the listing has been published on the bank’s website, although this is not a new share offer or a prospectus.
