Bank of Cyprus Executes Share Buyback Plan

Bank of Cyprus Holdings (GB:BOCH) has released an update.

Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC has recently bought back 14,728 of its own shares, with transactions on both the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, as a part of its larger €25 million share buyback programme announced earlier in April. The shares acquired at prices ranging from £3.58 to £3.60 and €4.14 will be cancelled as per the company’s strategy to enhance shareholder value. This move aligns with the company’s ongoing efforts to optimize its capital structure.
