Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of Mr. Liu Jianhua from his roles as an executive director and vice president, effective October 16, 2024. Despite stepping down from these positions, Mr. Liu will continue to work for the bank and maintain compliance with share management regulations. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions to the bank’s high-quality development in various business areas.
