Bank of China (HK:3988) has released an update.
Bank of China Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.364 per 10 shares for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholders’ approval expected on 28 June 2024. The dividend payout is set for 05 August 2024, following a book close period from 10 to 16 July 2024. Non-resident corporate and individual shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, while investors from the Southbound Trading are set at a 20% rate.
