Bank of China Appoints New Chief Risk Officer

Bank of China Limited announces the unanimous appointment of Ms. Zhao Rong as the new Chief Risk Officer, replacing her former role as Chief Business and Management Officer. Her qualifications and the appointment process were rigorously assessed and endorsed by the bank’s Independent Non-executive Directors. Ms. Zhao’s appointment awaits final approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
