Bank of America Corporation has divested its substantial shareholding in IDT Australia Limited as of 3rd June 2024, ceasing to be a major investor. The last notification from the Bank to IDT Australia was on 13th March 2024. Details of the changes in interest that led to this divestment are included in Appendix A of the release.
