Drax Group plc (GB:DRX) has released an update.
Bank of America Corporation has reported a significant change in its holdings in Drax Group PLC, with the total voting rights now standing at 9.346671% as of 5th July 2024. This change is mainly due to acquisitions and disposals of financial instruments, which include a variety of physical swaps and cash-settled swaps with various expiration dates. The notification, which follows UK regulatory standards for major holdings, was completed and submitted on 8th July 2024.
