Bancorp Audit Committee Chair Announces Retirement

Michael J. Bradley has announced his voluntary retirement from his role as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee at The Bancorp, Inc., effective September 30, 2024. His departure, which stems from no disagreements or issues with the company’s operations or policies, will lead to a reduction in the Board’s size from ten to nine directors. Mark E. Tryniski is set to take over as Chair of the Audit Committee starting October 1, 2024.
