Bancolombia S.A. invites its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2024, to be held at the company’s Medellín offices. Key agenda items include the election of Board of Directors members for the 2024-2026 term, approval of additional compensation for the External Auditor, and proposed amendments to the Bylaws.
