Banco Santander, S.A. has announced that as of August 30, 2024, the company’s issued share capital consists of over 15 billion ordinary shares, with a deduction of shares held in treasury resulting in a total number of voting rights amounting to approximately 15.46 billion. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for calculations related to notifications of their interest changes as per the FCA’s rules.
