Banco Santander Brasil (BSBR) has released an update.
Banco Santander Brasil has announced the approval of a substantial shareholder payout, consisting of R$200 million in interim dividends and R$1.105 billion in net interest on equity, set to be paid on November 08, 2024. Shareholders registered by October 17, 2024, will be eligible for the distribution, with shares trading ex-dividend from October 18. The payment to ADR holders on the NYSE will be processed by The Bank of New York Mellon in accordance with local regulations.
