Banco Comercial Rewards Executives with Share Grant

Banco Comercial Portugues (GB:0RJN) has released an update.

Banco Comercial Português, S.A. has awarded 2,599,008 shares to its executives as part of its variable compensation policy, which represents roughly 0.02% of the bank’s share capital. This distribution is in alignment with the current Remuneration Policies and takes into account the tax regulations applicable to each recipient. These shares are compensation for the year 2023 and include deferred payments from 2019 to 2022, as well as long-term incentives covering 2018-2021.
