Banco Bradesco Appoints New Board Member

Banco Bradesco SA (BBD) has released an update.

Banco Bradesco S.A. has announced the appointment of Rogério Pedro Câmara as a new member of its Board of Directors, replacing Milton Matsumoto who has retired after 67 years. Câmara, who joined Bradesco in 1983 and has held various positions including Vice President, awaits approval from the Central Bank of Brazil to assume his role until the next Shareholders’ Meeting. The Board has expressed gratitude to Matsumoto for his long service and dedication, while looking forward to Câmara’s contributions in his new capacity.
