Banco Bradesco SA (BBD) has released an update.
Banco Bradesco S.A. has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of R$4 billion in interim interest on shareholders’ equity for the first half of 2024, to be distributed on a per-share basis to shareholders on record by June 17, 2024. Payments are set to be made by January 31, 2025, with applicable withholding taxes considered, and shareholders must ensure their data is updated to receive payments. This significant interim interest payment represents a substantial increase, approximately 20.8 times the value of interest typically paid monthly after tax.
