Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has announced a final dividend of €2.1 cents per share, approved at the Annual General Meeting on September 27, 2024. Shareholders who elected to receive the dividend in GBP before the deadline will receive 1.7497 pence per share, based on the exchange rate of EUR 1 to GBP 0.8332. The payment will be distributed on October 18, 2024, to those on the register by September 13, 2024.
