Balkan Mining Director Finalizes Interests

Balkan Mining and Minerals Ltd (AU:BMM) has released an update.

Balkan Mining and Minerals Ltd has issued a final director’s interest notice following the departure of director Luke Martino, who held 500,000 options exercisable at $0.50 each until July 6, 2024. No further interests in securities or contracts held by Martino outside of his registered holdings were reported at the time of his cessation on June 30, 2024.
