Bakkt Holdings Announces Board Changes and New Audit Expert

Bakkt Holdings, Inc. Class A (BKKT) just unveiled an update.

Bakkt Holdings, Inc. has experienced a change in its board composition with the immediate resignation of Richard Lumb and the subsequent appointment of Colleen Brown as a Class III director, also serving on the Audit Committee. Ms. Brown, recognized as an audit committee financial expert, comes with a wealth of experience, having held leadership roles in various media and technology companies, and serves on multiple boards. She’s deemed independent under NYSE rules and will be compensated as per standard non-employee director rates, with an indemnification agreement in place to protect her against liabilities related to her board service.
