Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 90.00p each, which will be held in Treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s Treasury will hold 50,585,411 shares, leaving 351,858,279 shares in issue available to shareholders.
