Bailador Director Increases Shareholdings

Bailador Technology Investments Ltd (AU:BTI) has released an update.

Bailador Technology Investments Limited has reported a change in director Jolanta Masojada’s interest in the company’s securities. The update, following a dividend reinvestment plan, resulted in Masojada acquiring an additional 4,997 ordinary shares and the Folly Superannuation Fund, of which Masojada is a trustee, acquiring another 1,263 shares. Consequently, Masojada’s total holding now amounts to 171,640 shares, while the Folly Superannuation Fund holds 43,405 shares.
