Baidu (BIDU) has released an update.
Baidu, Inc. has announced a forthcoming board meeting set for August 21, 2024, to approve the financial results for the first half of the year, which will be subsequently released on August 22, 2024, after Hong Kong trading hours and before U.S. market hours. The company will also host an earnings conference call on the same day. Shareholders should note Baidu’s weighted voting rights structure, which grants different voting powers to Class A and Class B shares.
