BAIC Motor Corporation Limited announced successful completion of its 2023 annual general meeting, with a high turnout of shareholders casting votes on key reports and resolutions. Nearly 86.38% of shareholders participated, demonstrating strong engagement and support for the company’s direction. All resolutions put forth, including approval of the Directors’ and Supervisors’ Reports for 2023, were passed with overwhelming majority votes.
