BAIC Motor Corporation Limited has announced its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) is set to take place on October 17, 2024, in Beijing, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions, including a Framework Agreement and Subscription, appointment of a non-executive Director, and proposed amendments to corporate governance documents.
