BAIC Motor Schedules EGM for Key Approvals

BAIC Motor (HK:1958) has released an update.

BAIC Motor Corporation Limited has announced an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 17 October 2024 to seek shareholder approval for various proposals, including a Framework Agreement and the Subscription, the appointment of a non-executive Director, and amendments to corporate documents. The company’s share register will be closed from 14 to 17 October 2024, with transfer documents due by 10 October to be eligible to vote at the EGM.
